  I brought my son here only because the kidz care in Burlington was unfortunately booked.....first of all the location is AWFUL!! There is absolutely no parking, and when you walk in there is no waiting space AT ALL!! This is a pediatrician practice and there is NO toys for the kids to play with, the staff was very RUDE!! To go on with this terrible experience my appt time was at 11:30....I was not called back until 12:45!!! Then to make matters worse around 1pm when I finally was called to the exam room Dr. David Henderson said he had to run an errand and it will take about another 30 mins before the physical is done!! Giving the fact that I was planning on returning to work that day for JUST GETTING A PHYSICAL FOR MY SON!! Needless to say I did not return to work because I finally left that horrible place at 3:00pm!!! LET ME SAY AGAIN THIS WAS FOR A PHYSICAL THAT TAKES 30MINS TO COMPLETE AND I WAS HERE FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 HOURS. BEST BELIEVE THEY WROTE ME A NOTE STATING WHY I WAS NOT ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK. I will advise anyone not to go here and corporate will here about this!!

  Clean inside a small location very friendly staff except for the dr he was very rude and I felt like I was about to fade his a** n the room because he was being very cold and insensitive but he checked his self other than him everything went smooth

  This is a VERY unprofessional, eager to bill your insurance company, but aren't concerned for the safety or well-being of patients. My soon to be 2 year was denied an nebulizer because "his condition doesn't call for one" but yet was told that I was to give him an inhaler 4 times a day? Mind you an inhaler is suppose to be used for serious cases #1 and #2 If a child needs an inhaler that much something is seriously wrong #3 while using this inhaler that often will cause my child to be immune to the medicine so how is that helping or solving the issue? If I have to repeatly bring my child in to have a nebulizer treatment why wouldn't you make it convient and prescribe me for home, ohhh because then you wouldn't be able to charge my insurance everytime we come in....its a scam!! The doctors are a home all about pocketing money...I was denied the nebulizer, wasn't given any information pertaining to information on asthma, such as the triggers or anything, the office manager never contacted me about my complaint, was denied a referral, and also my kids medical records....IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR HEALTH DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT ALLOW THESE DOCTORS OR STAFF DEAL WITH YOUR KIDS....
