  Save Money With State Farm: 2016 started very differently from my prior 20 plus years. First I learned my prior Insurance Agency was sold and the new owners were going paperless. Call me old fashion, but I love the paper trail. How else can you prove your position? The Charlie Ganim Agency was recommended & I immediately made an appointment with Bobby Simpson, the manager. My former agency did me a huge favor unbeknown to them because the Ganim Agency has save me a boat load of money with better coverage. I could not be more grateful or happy. The Charlie Ganim State Farm Agency could not be more professional, friendly and over-all wonderful!

  What a terrific agency to work with. Every contact personally and commercially I've had with Charlie Ganim's State Farm has been excellent. Their staff is so courteous and professionally handles each of my requests. I would highly recommend this particular agency to take care of your personal or commercial insurance needs.

  Staff are supremely unhelpful and told me things without noting them in my file or communicating with each other. Not polite on phone as soon as there is any issue. Lots of time trying to get them to even begin to work on a problem - they would rather say it's your fault or the banks fault and have you investigate every avenue before they look into their end of things which is where my problem ended up being. Would never recommend them and have switched companies myself.
