- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would NOT recommend changing to this doctor, unless you have all day to waste in a very uninviting facility, with inefficiency at the level of incompetence. I needed a new doctor and thought Dr. Silva would work because she doesn't do OB patients, which cause regular patients to have delays. I made an appointment in December for the first new patient time available, which was March. Dr. Silva cancelled that, and rescheduled June 22. After hours there today, I had to leave for another appointment I had without seeing this inconsiderate, unthoughtful, inefficient alleged physician. I would rate her a zero.
