- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Jensen himself was absolutely WONDERFUL! I felt completely safe in his hands. I had 2 surgeries done by him, approximately a month apart. The first one was done at Moses Cone hospital with no issues or complications. The second one was done in his office. The nurses were basically treating me as if I were a burden. They were putting some type of plastic guard in my mouth and telling me to bite down. I was unable to bite down because part of my jaw bone was in the way. They did not listen to my protests at all, told me to just listen to them. Somehow during all this my IV got pulled out of my arm and I was squinting blood all over the floor. By this point I was crying hysterically between the pain from being forced to bite on the guard and the stress/anxiety. Dr Jensen popped his head in the room at this point and asked what was going on and told them to get their stuff together. I was unconscious about 3 minutes after that, but I'm very glad I never have to go back there...December 07, 2016by Spring Hutchinson
